You are who you are, but you can change your flaws 🩷 Did you know that the first step to solve a problem, is realizing you have a problem? I think we often heard that phrase many times, it sounds funny, but it's a lot deeper than it looks. The second step in my opinion, is acceptance. Accepting you have an issue means facing reality, a reality that hurts.... Really really bad. Third step, have patience and be strong. Because overcoming problems is never a smooth trip, you take 2 steps forward then one step back... One step forward then 2 steps back, until something clicks in you! 🩷 This stuff takes time, and that's why i suggest writing down your thoughts. Because you can remind yourself of who you were yesterday. And just then... You'll realize how many steps forward you have taken since the start! 🩷 I Love You so Much Sweeties, and be strong!
