

Under the weather today π€§ but this is a great opportunity to share my immunity recipe for a speedy recovery β¨
Fill a large pot with 8 cups of spring water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add one bulb of fresh garlic (peeled) π§ one sliced orange π one sliced lemon π one root of sliced ginger π« four roots of sliced turmeric, two sliced scotch bonnet peppers, a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and another teaspoon of black pepper. Lower the flame and leave it on a low boil for 20 minutes.
Once your ImmuniTEA has boiled down a bit, mix one part of the mixture with three parts of spring water, add some honey and enjoy. It wonβt cure the common cold, but it will make your symptoms less severe and give your body everything it needs to turbocharge your immune system.
As always, drink hella water and get plenty of rest! Your body heals much faster while youβre sleeping π΄π
