Hi, my favorite subscribers! πToday I want to share with you my time at the gym! ποΈββοΈβ¨π The morning started with a warm-up - 15 minutes of cardioποΈββοΈ Then I moved on to strength training. I worked on my legs and glutes - squats, lunges and leg presses. I can feel the muscles burning! π₯π₯€ Not forgetting about hydration! It's important to water to keep yourself in shape. π§π§ββοΈ I finish my workout with stretching - it helps to relax and prevent injury.I love spending time at the gym and working on myself! π How do you do your workouts?
