Lately, I have been feeling happy 💓. My secret: Now I put myself first: I understand that only I am responsible for my happiness. I am learning to listen to my body, my desires, myself, and I take care of my physical and mental health. I clearly know my strengths, weaknesses, my boundaries, and I am learning to stand up for them. I choose the best for myself from what I can currently afford. I clearly know my goals and take daily steps towards them. I take care of my energy and time.
