

How do I keep myself physically and mentally fit? 💪💆♀️
For me it's always about harmony, because it's important to take care of body and mind at the same time. I try to do at least 20-30 minutes of physical activity every day - it can be yoga, stretching or just a walk in the fresh air 🌿. But I also don't forget about mental health! I regularly practice meditation 🧘♀️ and write down my thoughts in a journal so I don't get stuck in negativity. My main rule is to be kind to myself, listen to my body and don't overload myself. What are your rules?
