

Holidays are fun, of course, but I always feel a bit broken afterwards π

To get in shape, I start with a light diet - lots of vegetables, greens and water π₯π§. I add walks and stretching to help tone my body back up πΆββοΈπ§ββοΈ. I make sure to leave time for rest: TV series, books or just silence - something that fills from the inside πβ. And, of course, I try to get enough sleep - I can't go anywhere without it π΄πΈ. The main thing is to take your time and take care of yourself with love β€οΈ!
